Ok, so I'm trying to update the newest version, but, once again, I having problems doing so. When it was at 100%, it showed an error has occurred and had error code: 162-0002. I went on Support.Nintendo.Com and looked up the error code. The site had no results or troubleshoots for the error code, so I wondered. I decided to restart the update. Now, it stops at 30% and shows an error has occurred with the same code. What's going on?
