Nintendo Land won't start

I need help.

I received my Wii U today, and after going through the lengthy updates, finally got ready to play Nintendo Land.

Unfortunately, the game got stuck on a screen with Nintendo Land written on a curtain, and whatever I do I can't seem to get past it... nor shut down the power. This only happens with Nintendo Land, I was able to play other Wii U games on it.

Edit: I've tried 3 times deleting the update with no success on finally playing.
