After downloading the latest WiiU system update, all my NES Virtual Console games emit a constant and annoying tone/hum from my TV's speakers.
The sound only comes fom the TV speakers and not the Gamepad. Other games and programs, including SNES virtual console games do not have this problem.
My WiiU is connected directly to my TV using the packed-in HDMI cable and I do not have any other sound related devices connected.
I played my NES virtual console games several times before the system update and I'm certain the problem did not exist then.
Is there a solution I could implement to fix this?
