Hello. I'm a new customer to the Nintendo E-Shop, as I thought it would be rather convenient to buy a WiiU title, download and play it without having to leave the couch. Well unfortunately this is the first and last time I'll be trying that until the main issue is fixed. It seems your servers aren't quite capable of transferring the big downloads (in this case the 6gb+ Monster Hunter 3 game) at a reasonable rate, and I'm stuck waiting 35 more hours for this download to finish at a crawling 0.05mbps. I am currently on a 15mbps internet connection and generally enjoy 2.5-3.0mbps download rate on my computer and iPod. I've ruled out every possibility of the issue being on my end and even consulted my ISP for additional methods. I've seen as well other threads (unaddressed by Nintendo) that complain of this very issue. Additionally, my roommates Xbox360, which he's had for 6 or 7 years now, always downloads at a brisk rate comparable to our other devices. My fear is that Nintendo is choosing to skimp out on the resources required to handle big downloads to their customers in a reasonable time-frame, and I fear that it's going to heavily affect the success of the E-shop as well as the Wii U in general as a "core gamer" console. How long will it be before this problem is addressed? Thanks.
