The time has finally come to get a Wii U, but I have doubts

Hi guys.

So, long story short: I'm getting a Wii U deluxe version [fanfarria].

But I have several questions about it, specially regarding the wii system transfer:

1) I want to have Nintendo Land in digital form. So, I will sell my Nintendo Land disc and buy some eShop pre-paid cards. My question is about the Club Nintendo registration: do digital games receive CN coins too? Should I register the disc version of Nintendo Land? Can I register both? Disc v/s digital give the same coins? Should I just sell Nintendo Land and get coins for the digital version only?

2) Do I need an SD card for the Wii U? Any recommended size?

3) I know the Wii U has different "profiles" now, but are game records shared between profiles? I mean, if I do a record in Nintendo Land with my profile, others in different profiles be able to see/compete to that? Is that aplicable to all games?

4) OK, regarding the wii system transfer, is the subject I have more doubts about. What happens with Wii games DLC? I have paid for many Guitar Hero / Green Day Rock Band songs and items on the wiiware game Final Fantasy: My Life as a Darklord.

5) My biggest concern is picture quality while using wii games.

As I said in this thread...

...Wii games look awful on HDTV. Will playing wii games on wii u upgrade picture quality in some way? More importantly, the solution to this is just playing wii games on SDTV. So the big question is: If I play wii games on my Wii U in a SDTV with composite cables, will it look THE SAME as it does with using the wii console on a SDTV?

THANKS GUYS!
