Wii U error 105-0642

I know as most of you know peopple getting their consoles back from repair know about this error.  You cannot download updates for games or anything from the eShop.  It's very strange to me as you can still post and comment on miiverse, run the browser, and download that huge update for the system.  Has to be software. I just wish that the nintendo rep i talked to on my original work order had not of pursuaded me to send in my console. I had a dead pixel on my gamepad was the reason i was sending it in.  I then told him about the freezing issues and disc errors i was having as well. He suggested that I send my console in as well "just to be sure it wasnt hardware related".  I wish i would have waited and just sent in my gamepad. Especially that there was an update that came out two days ago.  I almost want my old console back.  Another thing, I got a repair sheet back with my console that said they could not duplicate the reported problems. OK.......Then why would you replace a system w/ no problems? Mind boggling. I really hate to return my system but if something isnt done soon, I may have no choice. I think I've played my system a total of 2 days since launch. Disappointing indeed.
