Wii U makes clicking-cracking noise when playing a game.

Whenever I'm doing something with my Wii U (specially playing a game) I can hear it making low cracking sounds. It's not always happening, I hear it about every 10 minutes. I just want to know if it's normal for the Wii U to do this.
