I have a 30Mbps Internet connection coming into the house, and on the 2.4GHz wifi network (from an Apple Extreme wireless router), I generally get somewhere around 27 Mbps when I test any device running on that wifi signal. All my devices except the Wii U. On the Wii U, I get around 12 Mbps, or less than half the speed on get on other devices. All these other devices *are* Apple devices (Macbook Pro, iMac, and iPad), so I was wondering what speeds you were getting on your Wii U compared to other devices you are running. Is this an Airport Extreme issue? Or is there a built in throttle on the Wii U? Or some other issue that could be causing this slower speed? BTW, I've been using http://testmy.net to test Internet speed because it's not Flash based and will run on the Wii U browser.
