Error Code: 160-0108 (while playing Super Mario 3D World)

Hi,

I put in Super Mario 3D World. The games starts up and I selected a character to play with. The opening scene start where they repair the pipe. When the little green fairy thing comesout of the pipe she shows a quick image and then the system crashes. After a few moments the screen says "This disc is not a supported format" Error Code: 160-0108

Is there a known fix for this? Or, is it a bad disc and I need to try to return to the store (ugh, what a pain)?
