I know there was always a delay between the WiiU gamepad and the tv. At first it was minimal (with the hopes Nintendo would find a way to sync them up at some point). But it seems over the past few software updates mine has become what feels like an almost half second behind. It is very noticible when playing NSMBU or any VC games. Button presses based on what I see are either too late or too early depending on which screen I'm looking at. When I have the music turned up on the gamepad it is very noticible. If my WiiU was playing Row Row Row your boat it would take care of two of the versus all on it's own
Is anyone else noticing this? I haven't played my WiiU a lot (with the exception of Netflix) so perhaps I'm just not used to dealing with this. But with the slew of great software on the horizion I've started "trying" to play and have encountered this frustration.
Me and my WiiU are no farther than about 7' so distance shouldn't be the issue.
I think we need some kind of diagnostic tool as part of the UI.
