I'd like to register Super Mario 3d World, which I purchased the full game download off the eshop on the WiiU. At the club nintendo website (which i have linked to my Nintendo Network ID and all shows properly in the WiiU console and the website). I can't seem to find any code/pin to enter on the club nintendo website to register the game. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
