I just bought the Wii U Deluxe Package this evening and I plugged the system in (Power cord, HDMI cable, and sensor bar cord) and plugged the GamePad in.
When I turn my Wii U system on, the Wii U logo comes up and it just stays there. I press the sync button on the system and nothing happens. The blue light in on and not blinking. The GamePad turns on and when I press the sync button on it the screen changes and ask me to choose four symbols in the order on the TV screen to sync the system and GamePad except I can't see the symbols on my TV, just the a white screen with the Wii U logo. I have tried pressing one button then the other one (System then GamePad or GamePad then System). I tried pushing the buttons at the same time and tried holding them but the screen on the TV stays the same. Any ideas or do I need to call tech support in the morning?
