I just bought a Nintendo Wii U and never owned the Wii. As I got the system I was aware you could buy virtual console games from older systems and even play wii games. I'm wanting to use my points from club nintendo but I'm a bit concerned after I did some research on these older games. Will I need to buy more controllers? When I bought the console at gamestop the employees told me I needed to buy the nunchuck and wii remote to play Wii games. So, I did that. Then after searching around I heard I may have to buy the Wii Classic Controller now to play Snes titles? I don't think I should have to pay $25-40 just more controllers. I'm hoping I don't have to or need any extra stuff. Will somone please clarify?
