We got a brand new game today (Sniper Elite) and as soon as we put it into the console it started having error code 150-1031. The disk has no visible blemishes or defects...it is brand new. The game won't load at all. The WiiU software is the latest version and there is no support from Nintendo on the forums. I would like to open a file and get this resolved. One prior post on this issue states it is an issue with nintendo that is not being fixed and to file a report with Nintendo. This seems to be a hardware issue and is not addressed on the forums for correction. Any help would be appreciated! I really don't want a $300 paperweight!!
