Hi,
I know there are quite a few people saying their Wii U has frozen along with a loud buzzing sound. But I wanted to post this to get any new info on the issue.
I had just finished a session of MH3U (1hour) and was checking friends to see who was on. I retracted a friend request that was abot to expire, and hit B to exit the screen. Then it froze and BUZZ!!
Had to hold power button to recycle.
I am up to date on Firmware/updates so Not sure what to think or do. Unit was not hot, plenty of airflow around it. It's a Wind Waker SE model bought this past Christmas.
