I have a strange problem with my Wii U for the last 2 week.
I'm unable to pair any wiimote controller to it (I have a normal one and a motion plus). The Gamepad got no problem to pair.
First, when I push the red SYNC button on the Wii U, the sync menu never show up, I have to get to it manually from the Gamepad home menu. When I go in Sync mode (menu that say to press the sync button of a controller) and a press my wiimote (with fresh battery) to sync, nothing happens other then the four leds that are flashing on my wiimote for like 10-15 seconds until it just stop blink. I already try to press both the wiimote and the wii u sync button at the same time, or do a long press on both. I try to press on both 1 and 2 button of the wiimote. Also, there is no interference on the 2.4 ghz frequency because I was able to pair it in this location not long ago.
If you ask, I already try every possible think that I've found in official Nintendo documentation as well as in the forum.
I reconnect many times the sensor bar.
Put new baterries in the wiimote
Try different wiimote
Try to erase all the pairing configuration on the wii u.
I'm wondering if I've got any problem with the sensor bar. Is the sensor bar always on when you are in the Wii U menu? Because I only get random flashfrom the LED when I opened the console in Wii mode for example (so I'm sure it's working on the hardware at least).
Is there anything I can do for that ?!
