WiiU eShop no longer loads and Miiverse doesn't respond to my fingers?

Hey guys,

I bought WiiU few months ago with WindWaker dulexe set and Super Mario 3D World,

I've download Windwaker, NES Remix and Donkey Kong Tropical Freeze from the eShop...

I used the Bestbuy sale dates to get 100$ credit for 20% off but now, I can't access to the eShop for at least five days,

The error given is 111-1006 - Could not display page.

When I try to access MiiVerse, I can see disscussion but I can't interact with the manu at all!,all my touches leads to nothing!

The WiiU version is 4.0.3E

Internt Browsing works with no issues, I can surf online...

Please assist!
