I have had my Wii U since launch and had no problems with it until a few months ago.
I used to be able to play on the Gamepad in the room directly above the room with the console, but now when I try it it won't connect at all and says the connection was lost.
Whenever something gets in the way of the Gamepad like a hand or knee or someone walking by, the Gamepad stutters and the audio will cut out from the Gamepad for a second.
Half of the time instead of just stuttering, it will display the unstable connection message, and then show the connection lost one. Five seconds later it goes back to normal, and it does this a lot.
Sometimes it will even lose connection when there are literally no obstructions and I am eight feet from the console. I will be playing and then suddenly my character will keep going to the left even if I'm moving it another direction, and then the connection will be lost.
I tried taking the battery out and the back in (it was only out for like 30 seconds) and resyncing it to the console, but its connection is still weak.
Nothing has changed in my house since I got the Wii U, so what could it be? Is my Gamepad faulty?
