I bought a Nintedo Wii U at launch and only since the last system update have I received an issue where the Gamepad keeps losing connection with the system. I have tried every possible fix, and yet this problem does not resolve itself.
I really need this help, but Nintendo does not seem to have the online, telephone, etc. people available to assist me. I have always gotten responses from Microsoft and Sony, but I am getting more than a bit annoyed that I purchase digital games from Nintendo, but have yet to receive an answer to my problems. I will NOT accept Nintendo requiring me to purchase a new gamepad. Any legitimate assistance is greatly appreciated. As a game developer, I am underwhelmed by Nintendo's response to this issue, and welcome the community's assistance.
