So I just bought the game excited to see it listed for purchase when I came home. I bought the game and I was also looking forward to picking up my free game that I kept watching about and talking to a friend at work about excited to get Pikmin 3. I am confused cause now I'm reading that there was a catch and I was pretty sure I had already linked my nintendo club account with my wii account cause I got a game with my coins and it was put on my system. Anyway after not finding my code or seeing the pick a game on the nintendo club page for 'things to do' I am freaking out now cause I thought there was no way to screw this up but then I realized I probably did without even trying. I went into my estore on my wii u and made sure it was linked again and it gave me the message that it was now linked?!?!
I have my Mario Kart 8 game downloading now but not my free game! Knew it was too good to be true gotta be some kinda catch so you mess up for not reading the fine line or doing something I'm pretty sure I had to do to spend my coins on a game that is on my system somehow? Any insight or help would be most welcome! Feeling upset about this cause I basically lost the free game and now I feel like I messed up because it says do it before... thats kinda silly it should just honor your purchase instead of playing walk the fine line or lose out even though you bought the game like they said they would give you a free game. Help!
