WiiU Network ID and Club Nintendo ID

I recently purchased a used Wii U (my first mistake) with a new copy of Mario Kart 8. I used the extra offer to get my free game of Windwaker HD (my second mistake) after making a club nintendo account I downloaded the game to my Wii U.

So a day passes and my friend brings over Super Smash Bros. Brawl. I"m excited to test out the virtual console. We put it in and go to the Wii menu and the entire screen is bugged out purple and green. I thought this was an error with the WiiU so I returned it and paid an extra 50 dollars for a Brand New WiiU (my third mistake).

So now I am sitting here with my WiiU Digital Deluxe Super Mario Bros U Bundle. Thinking, "Oh ok I'll just sync my old Nintendo Network ID to this one, not realizing that this isn't like an Xbox where the content can only be accessed by logging into the correct Nintendo Network ID". Wrong. Only 1 Nintendo Network ID can EVER be put on ONE Wii U. And NEVER transferred to another WiiU

What this means:

If you're Wii U breaks, or something happens to it. You not only lose all your save data. You lose your ACCOUNT, you lose ALL DIGITAL GAMES YOU PAID FOR.

My biggest question to nintendo for this is, IF you state that the Club Nintendo ID and Nintendo Network ID are "SEPERATE". Then why can't I link my Club Nintendo ID to my NEW Network ID.

The fact that they are seperate hold no meaning whatsoever because I can only link my Club Nintendo ID to ONE Nintendo Network ID. So I can never get my Windwaker HD back. It's stuck permanently on the other WiiU I traded in. Along with my account. If the Club Nintendo ID was truly seperate I could link it to my new Nintendo Network ID and, no problem. Why can't you just have a system to deactivate the account on the old system if a major complication occurs that makes you need to get a new Wii U

It's not fair that if the Wii U has an error or a problem that I lose all the digital games I've ever bought.

I haven't owned a Wii U for more than a week and I already feel like this is overly complicated and unfair. I lost my games because of a technical issue, and even helped Nintendo by buying a more expensive, new console.

The worst part about all this is after putting a normal Wii game into my brand new Wii U console. It STILL messes up the screen turning it purple and green. So it wasn't a Wii U error it's my TV or something not agreeing with the software. Wow.

So I literally traded in my Wii U for another Wii U with the same problems, and the only thing I gained was losing my digital copy of Zelda: Windwaker. The only game I really cared about playing.

I am extremely frustrated and dissapointed. Right now it seems my only hope is for Nintendo to feel sorry for me and somehow transfer my ID to this new Wii U OR I'd be at least satisfied with a code for Windwaker HD or something. At least then I would be able to make all new Network/Club ID's and still be able to keep what I had. This whole system just seems way overcomplicated to keep people from downloading games for other people. I mean Microsoft managed to do it, you just cant access the games from other accounts on the system.

If anyone else feels sympathetic and happens to have an extra Windwaker code my email is NIDTravis@hotmail.com.

Oh I also have an unopen copy of the new Super Mario Bros U if someone would want to trade for that =/

I JUST WANT MY WINDWAKER *cries himself to sleep* zzzzzzZZZ
