Trouble with error # 105-5602 !!!

Hey, i'm from Venezuela, i made the software update (wich take looong  time), i'm trying to connect Nintendo E-shop, but it keeps error  105-5602. I've read it has something with my country and some people  said it fixes if you choose US like your place in WiiU settings and  Nintendo Network settings too. Google, Miiverse, Chat even the network test work perfectly, but i can't go into e-shop and the same error appears when i try to play a game and it needs to verify the connection, the ONLY THING i see is that it says: You must have a compatible system, i guess it means the wifi access point, but mine is 802.11g, which is mentioned as one of the compatible standar access points.

 

I love Nintendo, so i really hope  you could help me (and others too) with this Big Trouble !.  Thanks.
