Wii U eShop Videos Stutter

Hi there, my Wii U seems to have an issue with eshop videos. Everytime I try to watch an eshop video, it stutters badly (about 5 seconds inbetween frames). That said, I have no internet issues otherwise on the Wii U or other devices.

Any suggestions?
