Internet help connecting Wii U to ZyXEL

HI,
I have a ZyXEL Modem. My internet connection on the  Wii U was fine until I called nintendo about an issue and they had me play around with it. Now whenever i hit test connection it fails to connect to network device. Any help is much appreciated
