I have been getting this on my BRAND NEW (note: its brand new JUST opened from wrapped) for my birthday copy of ZombiU. It was odd. I tried it and it ran fine. Turned off the sytem and took out the game and put it back in the case. Boot it up again and I got this error. And I keep my discs nice and never leave it out open around dust-attracted area, etc. It really bothers me. Is it possible I have a defected disc? I did as instructed such as using a soft cloth and cleaning the outer parts. I would please love some help if I can get some. Especially how troublesome it is to get help right on the holidays.
