Games work fine, but I can't even get into the e-Shop because it needs an update? The toll-free number that says they answer seven days a week is NOT answering (false advertising) with no voicemail or callback option. Basically, I'm dead in the water. I have no external HDD hooked up to my Wii U, but I do have the PDP 320GB for it with all my game saves. I'm trying to delete the corrupt download and try one more time.
Nintendo, help please? If you're not going to answer your tech support phone line, please at least be quick with responses here. Trying to BUY Mark Kart 8 on the store...to hand you money...and I can't.
