Switching from Basic to Deluxe - Help?

I am hoping someone can help me figure all this out. I do have a few questions, please help if you can.

Here's the deal. I recently purchased a refurb Wii U Basic (8GB) from a local store and Mario Kart 8.

I set it up, created my Nintendo Network ID and linked it to the system. I then created a Club Nintendo account and linked it to my NNID / Wii U.

I then proceeded to download my free game for the current MK8 promotion through Club Nintendo. At this point I realized the 8GB system really only had about 4 gigs free space, so I connected a USB drive to store the downloaded game, and my save files for any games I would play.

I then went ahead and grabbed the coins for my system and downloaded game on Club Nintendo, bringing my total to about 300 coins (gold status).

But... my gamepad would not hold a charge and the left analog stick was not behaving properly. It was about that time I found the offer for the Deluxe Wii U on nintendo.com, so I returned the basic unit to the store (formatted it prior to returning) and ordered the deluxe refurb from Nintendo. I am currently awaiting delivery on it.

When that system arrives, I plan on purchasing more games, and registering them on Club Nintendo, and I would like to take advantage of the Deluxe Digital Promotion from Nintendo as well. So given this scenario, here are my questions:

Will I be able to sign into the new Deluxe Wii U with my same network ID that I used on the basic unit?

Will I be able to link up the new Wii U with my NNID, eShop account, Club Nintendo and Deluxe Digital Promotion on the same NNID?

Will I be able to simply plug my USB drive into the new Wii U and have access to my downloaded game and save files?

I just want everything to be synced up correctly and I don't want to have to have two separate Club Nintendo accounts. I'd like all my coins in the same place, and be able to take advantage of the DDP, since I plan on earning downloads from Club Nintendo which could then earn me credits through the DDP.

Thanks for the help
