Wii U won't do anything besides open notifications

If I try anything else it'll give me the error code:

     157-1103

     (1) 5.0.0U

     (2) WUP-101(02)

     (3) FW107834195

     (4) 4AS9-0210-7373

I first found this out by trying to open netflix.  It started updating and then it gave me the error code.  I tried to open it again, same error code.  Every other app besides notifications will not open (not even settings). The Wii U worked perfectly fine before this I've had it for about 8 months.

EDIT:  I fiddled with clicking on things a bit more and the Wii-U crashed saying it was out of memory.  I have 32 gigabytes of memory and only a few games on it.
