Nintendo Land: Frozen

This is a very severe problem to me. On June 23, 2014, Nintendo Land was loading as normal. But the next time I launched the game, it was stuck on the curtains launch screen. At first, I thought this was just some old glitch. When I ejected the disc, it came out as normal, but the system was still on that awful launch screen. Then, I figured out what was really going on: Whenever I launch Nintendo Land, the whole system would FREEZE.  Miiverse is set to English Only, update data deleted and redownloaded (x2), no smudges or scratches, has been working since April 2014 (the month I got Nintendo Land), and system updated to the latest version (5.0.0 U). Please help me, because I appreciate assistance so much
