Wii U not reading any disc :(

We've had our wii u for 6 months and its been perfect but now it isnt reading discs. It will pull them in but doesnt make any whirling sound like its trying to read or anything, then it ejects the disc half way pulls it back in and then ejects it completely. There is no error message on the screen or anything of the sort. On the spot the the game image would pop up is a disk with an eject symbol over it. Ive tried wii u discs, switching to wii menu and trying wii discs and same thing happens. Heeeelp! I called nintendo and there was a message saying they were too busy and to try tech forums.
