Error Code 102-2802

Hi, recently (about a week or so) my Wii U won't let me use my NNID for it says "This Nintendo Network ID cannot be used" and when I click OK button, it says afterwards "This software cannot be started as online services are unavailible.", but that only happens if I either got go to the eShop or MiiVerse. When I try to play online, it says the same thing as well. And when you're at the Wii U's Hub, it's just people who are programmed to say stuff for specific channels, if you know what I'm talking about. The channel's cover matches with the Mii's shirts, but that doesn't surprise me. All I know is that I cannot I am not able to play Netflix, go on the eShop, MiiVerse, and unable to play online, but the other NNID's that I have on my Wii U are functioning properly. I would like to know how to resolve this, and deleting the NNID is the LAST thing I want to do, for it has all my saved files, and I really enjoy this account specifically for it has been with me since I got my Wii U last year.
