Can't play games on Wii U

Ever since i got my Wii U at launch i loved it,

i had no complaints, then all of a sudden now i can't play a single game.

I can play my Wii games, but whenever i try to play any of my Wii U games it won't start.

I tap on the game to start it, then the loading screen comes on with the music,

and then all of a sudden the disc stops spinning, then starts up again, then repeats about 2 more times.

And this has been going on for a few months,

when it first started it happened about 50% of the time,

and then the other 50% i was able to get on the game and then later within a half hour of play it stops.

But now for months i haven't been able to play any of my Wii U games,

like i said i can play Wii games just fine, and i recently got the trial version of Wii Fit U and it works perfectly fine as well.

last month i did however send it in to be repaired through the store i bought it from,

and when they sent it back they said they repaired and tested it and it works.

But then i tried and it still wouldn't play my Wii U games,

and as i was looking through my Wii U and seen that there is a save file for a game i do not have,

so i know that they tested it.

But if they were able to get their game to work why won't mine work?

I did think that it might be a problem with the Wii U's disc drive,

but if i can play my Wii games, and they got their game to work,

i'm starting to think it might not be the disc drive.

I emailed Nintendo about this, but i got an email back saying that they have been getting alot of emails lately so they won't be able to reply,

and then i called and they had no one available to answer my call,

so i have no idea how else to contact Nintendo but here

I really want this fixed, especially before the new Wii U games come out that i'd love to have,

but i'm not wanting to get an entire new system because i did a Wii to Wii U system transfer,

and all of my Virtual Console games are stuck on my Wii U and i don't want to lose them.

If anyone knows what i should do and could tell me i'd really appreciate it.
