I purchased Ducktales Remastered a while back and got Pikmin 3 from the free Mario Kart 8 download. Since, then, however, I deleted the ID to link a new one to my 3DS XL, as I couldn't unlink my account from the Wii U, and my 3DS was entirely broken. My brother tried to load up Ducktales, and it said the game could not be loaded as the ID was deleted. When I went to delete the account, it did say save files would be lost, but not games that were downloaded. I would have been more cautious about this if things were tied to accounts rather than a system, but that's not the case, generally. I don't believe there's a way to fix this, but I thought I'd bring it up. If I could have just unlinked my Nitendo Network ID from the Wii U, and not only the 3DS, which would not at all turn on anymore, this would not have happened in the first place.
