I have tried calling tech support but due to their high volume of calls, I either can't get a support agent or when I do, their phone goes wonkey and I get dropped.
I am using a Netgear WNR2000v3 wireless router.
My Wii, both 3DS's, laptops and other devices work fine. I have tried every trick on the Wii U to resolve.
I can see the Wii U on my router's MAC table so I know it's connecting.
I have turned off security to eliminate the password or encryption issue.
The default gateway is 192.168.1.1, I have set the Wii U to 192.168.1.11 (no devices are using that IP but the Wii U)
DNS is set to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
Proxy is set to Don't Use and MTU is 1500
I have reset my router, Wii U and cable modem with no luck.... any ideas??
