Problems with game redeemed game (Mario Kart 8 promotion)

Ok, what's going on Nintendo?

I had problems getting my code for my free game. After a month (or more) finally I had my code and redeemed correctly my game...

...but what happened yesterday in the afternoon?, I CAN NOT PLAY my redeemed game, when I select it appears this...

... how is possible? I didn't erase/delete anything, my ID network is fine (I can use it on the WiiU and 3DS).

And when I go to WiiU eshop to check the activity of my account it says...

TITLE DELETED!, why!, how!

... how or why is it possible to erease/delete something that was correctly redeemed?!

It is the same WiiU, I didn't transfer to another WiiU.

I deleted the file hoping that I could redeem again, but when I use the code it says that the game was correctly redeemed.
