I'm having issues on getting my physical copy of Sonic Lost World to work on my Wii U system. I tried cleaning it a lot of times with the damp water method, it didn't work as the system froze after I load the disc up and selecting it from the Wii U Menu. The scratches are still there and won't go away. I just purchased the game over a year ago at GameStop because of the pre-order I did for the Sonic Omochao DLC item. I registered it onto my Club Nintendo Account after I had the game at its launch date. Is there a way for me to just exchange it with a new copy if it's still under warranty or not? If not, do I have to buy a new copy from the same store again to waste more money I saved? Please help me with this and thank you in advance.
