Wii u gamepad Left Analog Stick grinds

Hello!

I have a problem with my Wii U gamepad Left analog stick, it grinds, this makes my gamming uncomfortable because the left stick doesn´t move fluenty, How can I fix this? I would appreciate the help a lot, Thanks
