is there any way to save a downloaded game to avoid losing it after deleting the NNID(Nintendo Network ID)?

I've read that if you delete a NNID, you lose any software that was downloaded from it. I got the game "The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker" from the promotion of Mario Kart 8, but due to some problems with the e-shop I need to create a new NNID. Is there any way in which I could delete that ID and keep the game? (If possible, I would like to keep the data from other games too)
