I have been without a Wii U GAMEPAD for two months, called NINTENDO, and then they want to be STUPID, and say that their POOR work on my gamepad's battery is my fault, how is it my fault, when I PROPERLY take care of my items, and they (YOU NINTENDO) has that certain problem, listed under LIQUID spillage, yet YOUR EMPLOYEES/CUSTOMER SERVICE said they will not repair it for free, because some how, YOU DARE told me, it was PHYSICAL DAMAGE, so let me back this UP. Liquid SPILLAGE, is NOT PHYSICAL DAMAGE, so now, here I sit, without a gamepad, that is probably NOW RECYCLED, because of NINTENDO'S FAULT, I am really tired of this NINTENDO, I am really on the edge of sending in my system and telling you all to shove it where obviously the trash comes out of. Either I get a replaced gamepad for free or you might as well take my system, shove it up y'alls hole, MONITOR your customer service and get a very bad report. I am really sick and tired of being let down by NINTENDO. I have bought every system NINTENDO made, and I think it'll end with the WII U because this time, I am really overworked.
