Blinking Red Light, Gamepad loses connection

looks like I gotta ship my Wii-U again for this issue that was supposedly fixed back in february this year. I start up my Wii-U, running a game, netflix, or youtube then the system shuts off, red light will blink on the wii-u console and then I get a message to move closer the the Wii-U. I already checked all cables, sensor bar. i'm gonna try resyncing but more than likely I'll send off for repairs
