I've been having trouble with my Wii U. First thing, my gamepad constantly loses connection, especially when playing Wind Waker HD. Second, the motion controls are a wreck, with the gamepad and Wii remotes. The system responds, but never in the right way. So I called Nintendo. The guy set up a repair for my gamepad, concerning the connection problem. But he also set up a repair for the Wii remote. But I can't believe that it's the problem. Motion controls do not work with the gamepad, my Wii remote, and half a dozen other Wii remotes I've tried. I told that to the support guy, and he told me that unless I could give him the serial number of the remotes I had used (I couldn't, they were my friends'), he couldn't accept that information (what?). So now I have to send my remote for a repair, and it's supposed to make all remotes work on my broken console? What should I do?
