I Found a Website that Sells Nintendo eShop Cards Digitally - Is it Legit?

Alright, so just last week I went to the eShop on my Wii U to add $20 to my account to pre-order the Mario Kart 8 DLC. I used my debit card from VISA; unfortunately, it didn't work. I tried twice, and after the 2nd attempt, I phoned Nintendo to see what was going on. Apparently, the eShop doesn't accept cards outside of the US and Canada, and since I live in the Bahamas; I was out of luck. Nobody here sells the eShop cards, so I was left with the option to order one from Amazon. Not only are they overpriced, but it'd take $20 EXTRA to import it here. As you can see, it's just too much to pay.

After some hunting, I found this website: http://www.pcgamesupply.com/buygames/Nintendo-Wii-Points-Card/

They claim to digitally send the code to you and just like the physical card, you use the code to add funds to your account. Certainly 100x better than spending all that money to have one shipped to me overseas. Here's the issue though; I was wondering if this is legit. I don't want to hand my money over to this website only to be scammed. Has anyone heard of/used this website before? If so, how was your experience? And even if you've never used this site; do you know of any that sells eShop cards for NTSC territory, digitally?
