So, I picked up the Smash Brothers game for the Wii U Friday morning, and was going to also get the GameCube adapter, when the store told me they were sold out! What? Sold out? They had plenty of games, but no adapters? Is this a special edition item or something that only those who reserve it will get it? I can't find any information online as to why they were sold out when they had TONS of Smash games they were stocking on the shelves. Online stores are charging an unheard of $120 for it, something I refuse to pay, but I may have to if this was special edition. I wish I would have reserved the attachment now. Are they going to produce more, or am I going to have to pay the equivalent of 2 U games just to get an attachment??
