Hey guys, I have a big problem.

So, a while ago, my wii u charger stopped charging completely. I found out that my little brother was chewing on it. so I bought a new one, the nyko usb charger. That one only charges when it is on. But after a while, it just suddenly stopped working. It wasnt chewed and nothing looked damged. So i dug up my old charger. I was happy to find that the orange LED came on when I put it in. Although when i turned the wii u on, it quickly went to red. Then the LED light went away quickly. the gamepad was at 2 bars.I left it to charge from 8pm to 8am, but when i checked on it again, it was still at 2 bars. Not only that, but if anyone even touches the wire for the charger, it needs resetting iinto another outlet. How do i solve this?
