Cannot locate Wii U IP or correct MAC Address

Hi,

I know how to use the Wii U's menu to find the MAC Address as indicated here (http://en-americas-support.nintendo.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1721/~/how-to-find-the-mac-address). This however shows a MAC Address that my wifi router does not list as connected clients. Is there a better way to find the mac address?

Alternatively can I find the IP address my Wii U is using? This way I can match it to the MAC address my wifi router uses and figure out which device it is.
