My Wii U has been freezing constantly since November 2014. I purchased the system back in December 2013. I first noticed this issue after downloading the Super Smash Bros Wii U update. I've researched online for help and changed my Miiverse settings which seemed to have fixed my problem. Just a few days ago, my system started acting up again with the same problems. Here is a list of the symptoms.
Problems:
1. System freezes regardless if I'm playing games or navigating the Wii U menu
2. When turning on gamepad, it does not turn on system, gamepad is on quick start menu
3. System seems to work longer when left unplugged for several hours but will still freeze
Any thoughts? I'd appreicate any help/ideas. I am hoping to send in my console and that Nintendo will accept it possibly out of warranty.
