My RIGHT analog stick won't work properly. It can be used to scroll up and down (and zoom in and out in the Eshop and Web Browser) It will not move left or right. We tried reseating the battery and tried to reset the analog sticks using A, B, + and -. It didn't solve the problem. We are unable to play certain games because of this issue. The stick works, it just won't work properly. We noticed this issue a few weeks ago and ignored the problem as we didn't play the games that use it (such as Zelda: Wind Waker and The Walking Dead). It seems that others are kind of having a similar problem with it as well but the repsonses aren't helpful at all. Before resoriting to sending it for repairs or/ and replacement, I want to know is this a known issue? Has it been resolved for anyone using a different method? Can it be resolved at home?
Also, please don't respond with "I've never had this issue" or "contact Nintendo." I am not an idiot and was going to get in contact with them anyway, I just wanted to know if anyone else has a similar issue and can help.
