I'm trying to sign up for the CD & DLC offer for registering both Smash Bros. Games, but it won't appear in my To-Do List on my club nintendo account. I downloaded Smash 3DS when it came out, and the 3DS it's on has been linked to my Club Nintendo Account since March. I also just registered my physical copy of Smash for Wii U, so I should be able to redeem my CD now. I've been following Club Nintendo's set of instructions on how to become elligible for the CD Offer, but if somebody could provide extra help on Step B , I'd be very grateful
