Is anyone having trouble with the return of their repaired Wii U? Did that tracking number they posted really worked for you if you did?
I'm having the worst time with Nintendo of American when it comes to the repair and return of my console. The console was sent to the wrong address and the tracking number was useless. They tell me they'll call me back at a certain time, day and nothing. The same goes for emails. I've been told they have it and would be shipping it out and then I get a phone message that they DONT have it and still dont know where it is! More emails, more calls. Finally get a phone call and she states it was sent out last week and I was told before it's over night shipping thru UPS. Well I ask for the tracking number and she pauses and then states she doesnt have it and would call back. NOTHING. Still no UPS shipment. I call again and get transfered, transfered and then finally speak to some service agent that looks into the matter, he cant find that that it was even sent. So he says he'll call me back later that day. Surprise, he does call back but he states he cant get any information, shows that console wasnt mailed and theres no record of it. I inform him that I was told that it sent out and there was a tracking number. Still nothing.
What is going on Nintendo?!
