Shows internet connection, but won't do anything online.

I picked up my system on launch day, and ever since about the 2nd week I had owned the system, it's still been able to connect to the router, with a full-strength signal and a solid connection to the internet this whole time.  However, when I try to do anything that involves online since early December, the system won't do ANYTHING AT ALL.  Whether it's Friend List, MiiVerse, eShop, Internet Browser, Nintendo TVii, or any online video games, NOTHING.

I've already tried every solution that works for everyone else:

  • I've manually inputted my IP correctly
  • I've inputted my ISP's DNS servers
  • I've power cycled my router/modem
  • I've extended the dchp lease duration
  • I've left the system turned off & unplugged for about 4 days, and it's still not functioning online.

Nothing has worked for me so far

There are only two options I have left to try, and they require purchases:

The Wii LAN Adapter

and though I do have a Nintendo Wi-Fi USB connector I used to use for my DS and Wii, I lost the installation CD for PC, so I can't really use it. DX So I'll need to buy the CD.

But here's the real kick in the teeth...  All of my other devices work fine under all conditions:  The DS, the 2 DS Lites, the DSi, the DSi XL, the 3DS, the Wii, the 360, the PS3, and my netbook PC...  The Wii U is the only system unable to do anything online, despite having just as stable of a connection as all of my other systems.

I've inputted all of my error codes into the support site...  But most aren't recognized by Nintendo.  Though one error code keeps popping up that Nintendo does recognize: 102-2128.  That's the code everybody was complaining about when they were unable to set up their Nintendo Network ID.  But here's what sets me apart from those people: I set up my Nintendo Network ID back on launch day, and I've had it this whole time!!!!! So why am I still getting the error?!  Does it have something to do with my system's inability to do anything online?

For the past 2 or 3 weeks, my Wii U has been a brick online, and I really want to play BO2, but it's not as fun on the 360...  I really want to play BO2 more on my Wii U, but the systems refuses to do ANYTHING online, despite a solid, stable connection to the router and internet...  ;-;
